1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering for ChhatraBus (a joint venture of Sangeeta Travels and Jai Bhawani Travels) transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our transport system or website.

2. Services Offered

ChhatraBus provides dedicated student, staff, corporate, and group passenger transportation across Kota and neighboring regions. We operate a managed fleet of AC and Non-AC buses ranging from 17 to 56 seats.

3. Passenger & Student Conduct

To ensure absolute safety, all passengers must adhere to the following discipline rules:

• Passengers must reach their designated pickup points at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Misbehavior with co-passengers, drivers, or onboard management staff will result in immediate termination of the transport service.
• Any physical damage caused to the bus property or seats will be recovered financially from the responsible person/student.

4. Fee Payments & Cancellations

All transport passes or route bookings must be paid via authorized payment gateways or cash verification methods. Transport fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed cycle.

Cancellation Policy:

• Strict Refund Policy: Refunds are exclusively applicable only upon the official cancellation of student admission. No refunds shall be processed for any other reasons, personal convenience, or mid-term changes under any circumstances.
• Technical Issues: In case of any technical failure or double payment during the transaction, the excess amount will be verified and automatically processed back to the original payment source.
• Processing: Any approved refund (strictly against admission cancellation) will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment source within 5-7 working days.

⚠️ Note: Once admission is active, transport fees are non-refundable for any reason other than official admission cancellation.

5. Safety & GPS Monitoring

Our fleet is strictly GPS-enabled for route tracking and safety. While we maintain rigid safety mechanisms (First Aid, Fire Extinguishers, trained staff), ChhatraBus will not be held responsible for unavoidable transit delays caused by traffic congestion, weather anomalies, or mechanical breakdowns beyond control.
