At ChhatraBus (a joint venture of Sangeeta Travels and Jai Bhawani Travels), we strive to deliver smooth transportation services. If a student, staff member, or corporate client wishes to cancel their ongoing monthly/quarterly bus pass or route booking, they must submit a formal cancellation request via email.
Please note that verbal requests made directly to bus drivers, route managers, or onboard conductors will not be treated as official cancellation notices.
Refunds are processed systematically based on the following strict criteria:

Once a cancellation or double-payment refund request is verified and approved by our management team, the transaction will be initiated instantly. The refunded amount will be processed and credited back directly to the customer's original payment source (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking account, or UPI Wallet) within 5-7 working days, depending on the respective banking network's processing speed.
